Today a major problem faced by people across the globe is Obesity. The number of overweight individuals globally increased from 857 million to 2.1 billion in the past 23 years. Morbid obesity is mainly due to sedentary lifestyle, deprivation of enough sleep, lack of physical exercises and unbalanced diet. Being overweight may ultimately lead to diabetes, hypertension, and other life threatening illnesses. Dieting and rigorous exercises alone may not be an effective solution.
